A Tide of Colour
Another magical sunrise over Umhlanga Rocks.
I got up just before the sunrise and went down to take a few photos of the sunrise.
I went down to the beach and I was met with a high tide. The waves washed up high onto the beach, and there's usually a set of rocks that I can see, but they were completely submerged in water.
The cool breeze brought with it the smell of the ocean, and I could feel the chill in the air on my face.
The clouds turned from grey, into beautiful soft pinks, to bright pinks and reds, and then oranges and beautiful warm colours.
It was incredible to witness.
Please note that I do not use filters or AI in my photos. I do make some minor adjustments in my editing process to show you how I saw the scene through my lens.
South Africa always leaves me breathless in her beauty.
