Commanding the Night
This storm truly was spectacular to witness. I managed to take photos of the storm from two vantage points.
I then turned my camera and pointed it straight out over the ocean as the storm moved across in front of me and over the ocean.
Then, I also created a more minimal composite image showcasing three photos with three sets of lightning strikes more evenly spaced across the image to show the gravity of the type of strikes.
I do not use any AI in any of my photos. These are images that I captured through my camera.
I enjoy the composite images as they make for "striking" imagery, but they also tell the story of the storms in their entirety.
South Africa has the most incredible beauty, and her storms are spectacular to witness.
