You can order directly through the online shop by selecting your artwork size and finish then completing checkout. If you prefer personal assistance you can send a message via the contact form, website chat or website link at the bottom right and the Christo Smith Photography team will guide you through the options and payment.

Are your prints truly limited edition?

Yes, indeed! Each limited edition print is produced in a small, fixed run, such as one of ten or one of five. Once an edition sells out, that image in that size and finish will not be printed again as a limited edition.

Are the prints signed and numbered?

Every limited edition print is hand signed by Christo Smith before being shipped off to a client.

Will my print come with a certificate of authenticity?

Absolutely! Each limited edition print from Christo Smith Photography comes with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate includes the title, edition number, and date, serving as a valuable record for future reference or resale.

The Full Moon Rising over Umhlanga Rocks.

One evening I headed down to my favourite spot in Umhlanga Rocks to try and capture a few photos of the full moon rising.

It was such a pleasant evening, albeit quite windy.

The ocean seemed to be a bit temperamental with a few white horses on the top of the ocean. I could feel the refreshing salty wind on my face, which was welcomed after a very hot few weeks.

The moon glowed bright as it slowly rose above the ocean. It left its reflection in the surf. You could see a golden path lead your eye all the way up to the moon. I also took a photo of Umhlanga glowing below a few wispy clouds in the last moments of the setting sun.

An absolutely gorgeous evening...

The photos of the moon are composite photos comprising of separate images respectively, photos for the foreground and the scene, and of the moon. The moon has been superimposed onto the foreground images to show you what I saw, as I saw it.

South Africa always leaves me breathless from her beauty.
