Are your prints truly limited edition?

Yes, indeed! Each limited edition print is produced in a small, fixed run, such as one of ten or one of five. Once an edition sells out, that image in that size and finish will not be printed again as a limited edition.

Are the prints signed and numbered?

Every limited edition print is hand signed by Christo Smith before being shipped off to a client.

Will my print come with a certificate of authenticity?

Absolutely! Each limited edition print from Christo Smith Photography comes with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate includes the title, edition number, and date, serving as a valuable record for future reference or resale.

I was up early, and I saw that it looked like we would have a beautiful sunrise, so I headed down to Beechwood Beach in Durban North to see if I could capture a few photos.

As I got there, a cool and welcomed salty breeze greeted me. The ocean seemed to be in a pleasant mood under the dark pre-dawn clouds. It looked like someone had taken a paint brush and quickly brushed the bottoms of the dark clouds with some red paint.

As the sun slowly rose, it ignited the clouds into the most beautiful warm hues. The skies turned red then gold, and whatever happened in the clouds would spill down onto the shore as the reflections of the ocean echoed the skies.

A fisherman cast his line into the ocean, and to me it looked like he was fishing in a dream world, and that he was hoping to catch a hope or dream of his in this beautiful world.

Such a beautiful moment.
