I decided to enjoy a nice peaceful Sunday afternoon stroll on the beach. I went down to Bronze Beach and walked down towards Umhlanga's main beach. There's this large set of rocks that's close to the shoreline, and surrounded by sand, that people normally walk around to continue their walks down or up the beach, but when I got there, I had found that all the sand had been washed away and exposed massive rocks. Another magical sunrise over Umhlanga Rocks. I got up just before the sunrise and went down to take a few photos of the sunrise. I went down to the beach and I was met with a high tide. The waves washed up high onto the beach, and there's usually a set of rocks that I can see, but they were completely submerged in water. This storm truly was spectacular to witness. I managed to take photos of the storm from two vantage points. I then turned my camera and pointed it straight out over the ocean as the storm moved across in front of me and over the ocean. Then, I also created a more minimal composite image showcasing three photos with three sets of lightning strikes more evenly spaced across the image to show the gravity of the type of strikes.
