Pastel Tide Whisper

This afternoon, I went down to the beach in Umhlanga Rocks to take photos of the sunset.

It was a little chilly as quite a cool salty wind was blowing. Probably final remnants of the mild winter we experienced in Durban this year.

The tide was going out, revealing some of the rocks on the shoreline. Beautiful clouds were floating by overhead, with the moon standing out like a small shining diamond in the sky high above.

Beautiful soft colours in the sky behind the clouds blended into blues, teals, and subtle pinks as the sun set. The ocean below seemed to mimic the sky's tones as the waves gently washed in, over the rocks, and onto the sand. The word "peaceful" resonated with me as I was watching this calm scene in front of me.
